This section helps you resolve problems you may encounter while setting up or using the projector.

Over-Temperature Protection
If the temperature inside the projector rises too high, the over-temperature protector will automatically turn off the
lamp with the STATUS indicator blinking (2-cycle On and Off.)
Should this happen, do the following:
• Unplug the power cable after the cooling fans stop.
• Move the projector to a cooler location if the room where you are presenting is particularly too warm.
• Clean the ventilation holes if they are clogged with dust.
• Wait about 60 minutes until the inside of the projector becomes cool enough.

Projector Condition
Normal
Lamp has reached its end of life� Lamp replace-
ment message will be displayed�
Lamp has been used beyond its limit� The projec-
tor will not turn on until the lamp is replaced�
[ECO MODE] is set to [ON]
Wait for a moment�
Replace the lamp cover or lamp housing cor-
rectly�
The projector is overheated� Move the projector to
a cooler location�
Power unit is not working properly� Contact your
dealer�
Fans will not work correctly�
Lamp fails to light� Wait a full minute and then
turn on again�
The projector is re-firing�
Wait for a moment�
You have pressed cabinet button when Control
Panel Lock is on�
Remote control ID and projector ID are not
matched�
Replace the lamp�
Replace the lamp�
