SERVICE OPERATIONS

Draining the front fork

- Remove the fork tubes. See chapter : Changing
the front fork seals, page 61.
- Remove the fork tube cap (A).
- Remove the spring (C).
Turn the fork tube upside down to drain the
oil into a recipient.
- Pour 0.092 l SAE10W hydraulic oil into the fork
tube.
- Refit the other items in the reverse order to
disassembly.
- Repeat the operation with the other stanchion.
