Cases not involving a machine defect
In BIOS setting, don't you use USB area for BOOT?
This product has USB memory area. While the projector
and the computer are connected using USB cable, if the
computer is powered on after the projector is powered on,
the computer uses USB memory area for BOOT so that the
computer might not starts up. As the countermeasure, try
following.
• Disconnect USB cable and reboot the computer.
• In BIOS setting, set USB area not to use for BOOT.
Don't you use USB cable other than the one combined
together with this product ?
If you use a USB cable other than the one combined
together with this product, the computer might not start up.
Don't you use repeater cable?
If you use repeater cable, the computer might not start up.
