When using
the interactive
function PC
INTERACTIVE
mode, the
projector
can not be
recognized.
The pen does
not operate.

Cases not involving a machine defect
Is the power of the projector turned on?
Check to ensure that the POWER indicator of the projector
is lit in green.
Is the USB cable connected correctly?
Connect the USB cable to the computer.
Has PC INTERACTIVE mode been activated?
Press the IWB button or set to PC INTERACTIVE from the
menu.
Has calibration been performed?
Press the CALIBRATION button or perform calibration from
the menu.
This may be due to poor contact of the battery.
Remove the battery and load it again.
Be sure to use only the batteries specified.
Has the battery run out?
Replace it with a new one.
Is the projector positioned too close to the screen?
Install and use at a position where the screen size is
between 60"-100" when digital zoom is at the maximum
(100%).
Has calibration been performed?
Press the CALIBRATION button or perform calibration from
the menu.
Are the projector and screen used at the following
places?
- Place near an inverter fluorescent light.
- Near infrared remote control or infrared microphone.
- Place that is exposed to direct sunlight.
Is ambient light falling on the screen?
Darken illumination or close the curtain so that the light
cannot fall on the screen as much as possible.
