Inhibit the initialization of HDD
This controls whether or not Printer Flash and the Hard Disk Drive
(HDD) can be initialized. If initialization is inhibited, a user cannot
delete the log using the printer's front panel. Use this in order to
prevent the logs stored in the printer from being deleted.
Usage Limits
You can set usage limits for unregistered users (data without ID)
and for local print (print from operator panel such as menu map
or file list). When "Printing not permitted" is set, users cannot
change other settings.
