c) The range of technological use – double needle machine
Needle: 134 LR size 75 – 120. According to the chosen material, threads and
needle gauge it is necessary to choose throat plate insert and also throat plate (table I2- Parts
Book) .
Large hooks. Sewing speed max.-1600(spm).
14 To adjust the moving knife (Fig. 12) (table J,I1,I2-Parts Book)
a) Height of the moving knife
Loosen the screw ( J/27, I2/43) in the arm of lever (J/11, I2/42) and the two screws (I1/
25,I2/39) in the axial ring (I1/23,I2/40), and move by knife shaft (I1/21,I2/37) in the direction of
the
arrow 1.
Condition:
Clearance between the top face of the moving knife (I1/20,I2/36) and throat plate: 0,7 mm

b)The moving knife (I1/20) moves freely on the hole of the stroke from the initial position
(warning - clearance between throat plate and also between the bobbin case stopper).
Loosing the screw (I1/26) of the moving knife (I1/20) and move it in the direction of the arrow
2 in the groove of the moving knife shaft.
15 To adjust the holder of counter knife and clamp spring. (Fig. 13)(table I1,I2 –Parts Book)
Loosen two screws (I1/27) in the holder (I1/3). Adjust the vertical position of the clamp spring
by moving the counter knife holder up and down.
Clearance between the moving knife (I1/20) and the clamp spring (I1/8) : 0,1 - 0,2 mm
After the adjustment, tighten two screws (I1/27).
