Use this appendix to keep a record of your system configuration.
Identification Numbers
The system configuration may contain various combinations of the following:
v Processor subsystems
v I/O subsystems
v Hardware Management Consoles
v Integrated battery features
v Bulk power jumpers
Use the following table to record the serial numbers for subassemblies installed in a rack. Refer to
"Location Codes for Server Configurations" on page 132 for subsystem location codes. If an I/O subsystem
occupies a rack drawer, record the serial number in only one location designated for the drawer.
