Attention:
To avoid a tripping hazard, make sure that the frame casters do not roll into the cable
opening.
10. Position the stabilizer bar so that the threaded rods will pass through the holes of the stabilizer plates.
11. Select the turnbuckle that you want to install.
12. Turn the leveling foot on the frame down until it contacts the stabilizer bar.
13. Place the isolator plastic bushing, inside the leveling foot with a thick washer and spacer.
14. Peel off the backing sheet on the bottom of the plastic bushing, and place the bushing under the
leveling foot (leveler).
15. Insert the threaded rod with the nut and washer into the tapped holes of the leveling foot.
16. Install the rubber bushing, nut, and washer under the floor tiles.
17. Hand tighten the nut under the rubber bushing.
18. Position the threaded rod further down into the inner hole of the rubber bushing.
19. Turn the threaded rod down until the tip of the rod is inside the turnbuckle.
20. Turn the toggle block until there is about a 2.54 cm (1 in.) gap between the tip of the lower jaw and
the tip of the threaded rod.
21. Tighten the nut for the rubber bushing and the nut on the top threaded rod.
22. Repeat the previous Step 11 through Step 21 so that all of the turnbuckle assemblies are installed.
23. Level the rack using the four leveling feet.
24. Tighten the nuts on all four top threaded rods to complete the installation.
