Chapter 5. Setting up a SMS Gateway
Description
Machine that runs SMSC. As IP
(10.11.12.13) or hostname
(host.foobar.com)
The port number for the
connection to the SMSC.

Messaging Entity connecting to
the SMSC.

"smsc-username" your
teleoperator provided you with.
Optional, the time between
attemps to connect to an SMSC

is 10 seconds.
