Features
Gourmet Baking Stone HBS60
The baking stone is ideal for baking
dishes with a crisp bottom such as
pizza and bread.
The baking stone is made from a heat
retaining stone and is glazed. Place the
stone directly on the wire rack.
A wooden peel is supplied with it for
placing food on and off the stone.
Handle HEG
This removable handle makes it easier
to remove the baking tray, roasting pan
and wire rack from the oven.

Gourmet Casserole Dishes HUB and
Lids HBD
The Miele casserole dishes, unlike other
oven dishes, slide into the oven on the
side runners. They have non-tip safety
notches to prevent them being pulled
out too far.
They also have a non-stick coating.
The oven dishes have depths of 8 1/2"
(22 cm) or 13 3/4" (35 cm). They have
the same width and height.
Matching lids are also available
separately.
