Wireless LAN Settings

You can perform the setting for connecting to the
wireless LAN.
"Device Name"
Displays the device name of the wireless adapter.
(Cannot be changed).
"Access Point"
When touching "Search," the wireless adapter starts
detecting the wireless LAN access point or smartphone
for tethering, then the list of the detected SSIDs is
displayed. Select the SSID from the list.
"SSID"
Displays the SSID that is selected at "Access Point."
"Key"
Input the password for the access point.
"DHCP"
Set the DHCP setting.
When you set to "On," the IP address is assigned to the
wireless adapter automatically. To assign the IP address
to the wireless adapter manually, set to "Off."
"IP Address"
Input the IP address of the wireless adapter. This setting
is available only when "DHCP" is set to "Off."
"Subnet mask"
Input the subnet mask of the wireless adapter. This
setting is available only when "DHCP" is set to "Off."
"Gateway"
Input the default gateway for the access point. This
setting is available only when "DHCP" is set to "Off."
"Primary DNS Server"
Input the primary DNS server for the access point. This
setting is available only when "DHCP" is set to "Off."
"Secondary DNS Server"
Input the secondary DNS server for the access point.
This setting is available only when "DHCP" is set to
"Off."
"Submit"
Determines the wireless LAN settings.
To connect to the access point in the STA
mode without the WPS function

Connect the terminal device to the wireless adapter
in the AP mode (page 8).

Set the items on the "Station Settings" screen.
Perform settings in accordance with the access
point settings.
For details about the access point settings, see the
operating instructions of the access point.

Touch "Submit."
The set items are determined.

Set the WIRELESS switch to "ST."
The wireless adapter starts connecting in the STA
mode. Access the wireless adapter from the
terminal device by performing procedure from step
5 of "Connecting in the wireless LAN station mode
(STA mode)" (page 9).
