a) If the following settings are specified when the
devices in the system are first connected, the
operating modes of each device must be
matched after the unit is mounted.
• The F65 is set to HD mode or HFR mode.
• The system format of the CA4000/
BPU4000 is set to a double-speed mode
(2x).
To match the operating modes, follow the
"Power Off/On F65" instructions that appear
on the F65's subdisplay and restart the F65.
Depending on the original configurations, you
may need to restart up to two times.

the Operation Manuals for software version 2.0 of
each device.

F65 Functions
and Displays
The CBK-65EL Upgrade Kit must be
installed on the F65 to operate the F65 with
the unit mounted.
After mounting, the F65 operates as a
sensor module and main line settings, such
as SYSTEM FORMAT, and network
connections will not be possible.
In such cases, VF outputs and SDI outputs
from the F65 cannot output system output
images or return output images.
However, assistance functions, such as look
and zoom, function identically to when the
F65 stands alone, and are output
independently without affecting the main
line system.

the Operation Manual for the F65.

• Changing the FAN mode
• Switching between the mechanical
shutter and electronic shutter
• VF/SDI output settings
