Procedure

Remove the screws that secure the VESA-mount bracket to the display-
assembly base.

Lift the VESA-mount bracket off the display-assembly base.

Disconnect the touch-screen board cable and display-panel power cable from
their connectors on the display-assembly base.

Note the routing of the optical-drive data, touch-board, display backlight, hard
drive, and control-buttons board cables and remove the cables from the
routing guides on the display-assembly base.
