    Procedure Locate the memory module on the system board. Using your fingertips, spread apart the securing clips at each end of the memory-module slot until the memory module pops up. Slide and remove the memory module from the memory-module slot. NOTE: Remove the DIMM1, and then remove the DIMM2.

Slide the solid-state drive/Intel Optane memory firmly into the solid-state drive/ Intel Optane memory slot at an angle. Press the other end of the solid-state drive/Intel Optane memory and replace the screw (M2x3) that secures the solid-state drive/Intel Optane memory to the keyboard shield.
