    ASSEMBLY STEPS 1. FRONT AND REAR STABILISERS INSTALLATION • Position the Front Stabiliser (27) in front of Main Frame (12) and align the bolt holes. • Attach the Front Stabiliser (27) on the front curve of the Main Frame (12) with two M10 Cap Nuts (5), two Ø10 x 1.5 x Ø25 x R28 Curved Washers (4), and two M10 x 57 Bolts (3).
  • Page 12 • Tighten bolts and nylon nuts with the provided 8 mm Allen Wrench and the Multi Hex Tool, turn anti- clockwise to tighten. NOTE: Use the same procedure above to attach the Right Foot Bar (86) onto the right Crank (22). The Right Foot Bar (86) is attached by using Bolt (67).

    KNOB 2. ADJUSTING THE REAR STABILISER END CAP The Trojan Glide 150 Elliptical has to be set up on a flat surface, otherwise the elliptical will be unstable during the workout. Adjust the Rear Stabiliser End Cap to stabilise the elliptical correctly.

    MAINTENANCE CLEANING The Trojan Glide 150 Elliptical can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off The Trojan Glide 150 Elliptical after each use. Be careful not to get excessive moisture on the computer display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail.

    GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS This product must be grounded. If a malfunction or GROUNDING ILLUSTRATION breakdown occurs, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the GROUNDED OUTLET risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances. DANGER − improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product; if it will not fit the outlet have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician. This product is for use on a normal 220-240 volt circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in the figure. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug.

    MUSCLE CHART TROJAN GLIDE 150 ELLIPTICAL The exercise routine that is performed on the Trojan Glide 150 Elliptical will develop the upper and lower body muscle group as well as condition the circulatory system and provide a good aerobic workout. These muscle groups are highlighted on the muscle chart below.

    CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment; a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next six to eight weeks.

    WARM UP & COOL DOWN WORKOUT GUIDELINES Each workout should include the following three parts: A warm-up: 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body temperature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. Training zone exercise: 20 to 30 minutes of exercising with your heart rate in your training zone. (Note: During the first few weeks of your exercise program, do not keep your heart rate in your training zone for longer than 20 minutes).

    The Consumer does not need to return the product to the store. The Consumer should call the Trojan Call Centre on 0861 TROJAN (0861 876 526) and the Manufacturer’s authorised agent will at its discretion either repair the item at the Consumer’s residence or collect and repair the item at their premises.
