ASSEMbLY STEPS 1. PREPARATION • Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item. • Use the supplied parts and hardware for the assembly. • Before assembling please check whether all the required parts have been supplied as per the exploded drawing on the opposite page.

ASSEMbLY STEPS STEP 2: HANDLEbAR POST STEP 2 Insert Front Cover (68) to Handlebar Post (2), connect the Sensor Wire (72) and Extension Wire (73). Insert the Handlebar Post (2) into the Main Frame (1) and lock it tightly with Hex Bolt (17), Spring Washer (27), and Arch Washer (34).

ASSEMbLY STEPS STEP 4: HANDLEbAR STEP 4 Lock the Handlebar (6 L/R) to the Swing Bar (5 L/R) with a Hex Bolt (17), Spring Washer (27) and Arch Washer (35). Put the Pulse Wire (74) through the hole of Handlebar Post (2) and put it out from the bracket, and then lock the Handrail (11) into the Handlebar Post (2) with Hex Bolt (17), Spring Washer (27) and Arch Washer (35).
COMPUTER FUNCTIONS FUNCTION bUTTONS: START/STOP: 1. Starts & Stops workouts. 2. Starts body fat measurement and is used to exit the body fat program. 3. Holding this key for 3 seconds will reset all function values to zero if in standby mode. DOWN: Decreases the value of selected workout parameter: TIME, DISTANCE, etc.

COMPUTER FUNCTIONS PROGRAM OPERATION: MANUAL Select “Manual” using the UP or DOWN KEYS, then press the ENTER KEY to select the first parameter. “Time” will flash so the value can be adjusted using UP or DOWN KEY. Press the ENTER KEY to save the value and move to the next parameter to be adjusted.

COMPUTER FUNCTIONS USER PROGRAM User program allows the user to set their own program that can be used immediately. SETTING PARAMETERS FOR USER PROGRAM Select user program parameters by using the UP or DOWN KEY, then press ENTER. The first parameter “Time” will flash so the value can be adjusted using the UP or DOWN KEY.
ExERCISE INSTRUCTIONS Using your Elliptical provides you with several benefits, it will improve your physical fitness, tone muscle and in conjunction with calorie controlled diet help you lose weight. THE WARM UP PHASE This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury.

ExERCISE INSTRUCTIONS This is the stage where you put the effort in. After regular use, the muscles in your legs will become stronger. Work at your own pace, but it is very important to maintain a steady tempo throughout. The rate of work should be sufficient to raise your heart beat into the target zone shown on the graph below.
MAINTENANCE CLEANING The Trojan Elite 1000 Elliptical can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the Trojan Elite 1000 Elliptical after each use. Please inspect all assembly bolts and pedals on the machine for proper tightness before use.
MUSCLE CHART TROJAN ELITE 1000 ELLIPTICAL The exercise routine that is performed on the Trojan Elite 1000 Elliptical will develop the upper and lower body muscle group as well as condition the circulatory system and provide a good workout. These muscle groups are highlighted on the muscle chart below.
CONDITIONINg gUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment, a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next six to eight weeks.
wARM UP & COOL DOwN WORKOUT GUIDELINES CLEANING Each workout should include the following three parts: 1. A WARM-UP: 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body temperature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. 2.
