    ASSEMBLY STEPS 1. PREPARATION • Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item. • Use the supplied parts and hardware for the assembly. • Before assembling, please check whether all the required parts have been supplied as per the exploded drawing on the opposite page.
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 2 STEP 2: LEFT / RIGHT HANDLERAILS AND FOOT BARS ASSEMBLY Remove 2 Bolts (M10 x 20 mm) (5), 2 Spring Washers (Ø10 mm) (6), 2 Washers (Ø28 x Ø16 x 16 mm) (7), and the 2 Wave Washers (Ø26 x Ø16 x 0.3 mm) (48) from the Rotation Rod (Ø15.8 x 376 mm) (52). Place the Rotation Rod (Ø15.8 x 376 mm) (52) into the hole of the Main Frame (1) and slide the Left, Right Handrails (56, 12) onto the Rotation Rod (Ø15.8 x 376 mm) (52) and secure in place with 2 Bolts (M10 x 20 mm) (5), 2 Spring Washers (Ø10 mm) (6), 2 Washers (Ø28 x Ø16 x 16 mm) (7), and 2 Wave Washers (Ø26 x Ø16 x 0.3 mm) (48).
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 3 STEP 3: RIGHT AND LEFT FOOT PEDALS ASSEMBLY Attach the Right Foot Pedal (11) onto the Right Foot Bar (16) with 2 Bolts (M8 x 50 mm) (20) and 2 Nylon Nuts (M8) (19). Tighten the Nylon Nuts with the provided Multi-Hex Tool. Use the same procedure to attach the Left Foot Pedal (11) onto the Left Foot Bar (53).
  • Page 13 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 4 STEP 4: RIGHT AND LEFT HANDRAIL ARMS ASSEMBLY, CONSOLE ASSEMBLY Insert the Right Handrail Arm (3 R) into the plastic bushing on the tube of the Right Handrail (12) with 2 Bolts (M8 x 40 mm) (9), 2 Curved Washer (Ø8 x Ø16 x 1.5 mm) (76) and 2 Cap Nuts (M8) (75). Use the same procedure to attach the Left Handrail Arm (3L) into the plastic bushing on the tube of the Left Handrail (56).

    CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment, a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next 6 to 8 weeks.
