Now you can see system begins backup and the Stop backup button becomes valid. You can
click it to terminate current operation.
At the bottom of the interface, there is a process bar for your reference.

5.10 Alarm

Click alarm function, you can see an interface is shown as Figure 5-101.
Here you can set device alarm type and alarm sound setup (Please make sure you have enabled
audio function of corresponding alarm events.).

Function
System alarms when video loss occurs.

Alarm input device sends out alarm.
It refers to the on-off alarm from the network
camera. It can trigger NVR local operation
The NVR can generate an alarm when the NVR
and the network camera connection is offline.
Check the box here, system can automatically
pops up an alarm icon on the Alarm button in the
main interface when there is an alarm.
System sends out alarm sound when an alarm
occurs. You can specify as you wish.
Here you can specify alarm sound file.
