The comment entry does not have its own header. The current header will
remain when this function is activated. The comment that has been input is
entered in the event list.
The first four functions in the header are identical for all types of
visualization. These are supervisory functions (see Page 14 and
Page 15).
Differences only arise in the last five functions.
