MODEM Use IRQ
Name the interrupt request (IRQ) line assigned to the modem (if any) on your system. Activity
of the selected IRQ always awakens the system.
The choice: 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, NA.
Video Off Option
Selects the power-saving modes during which the monitor goes blank:
Always On
Monitor remains on during power-saving modes.
Suspend -- Off
Monitor blanked when system enters Suspend mode.
Susp, Stby -- Off
Monitor blanked when system enters either Suspend or Standby mode.
All Modes -- Off
Monitor blanked when system enters any power saving mode.
Video Off Method
This determines the manner in which the monitor is blanked.

HDD Power Down
After the selected period of drive inactivity, the hard disk drive powers down while all other
devices remain active. By default, this item is Disabled, meaning that no matter what the mode
the rest of the system is the hard drive will remain ready. You also have a range of choices from
1 to 15 minutes. This means that you can have your hard disk drive to be turned off after a
selected number of minutes.

11Min,12 Min,13 Min,14 Min,15 Min
Doze Mode
After the selected period of system inactivity, the CPU clock runs at slower speed while all other
devices still operate at full speed.
The choice: Disabled,1 Min,2,Min,4 Min,8 Min,12 Min,20 Min,30 Min,40 Min,1 Hour.
Standby Mode
After the selected period of system inactivity, the fixed disk drive and the video shut off while all
other devices still operate at full speed.
The choice: Disabled,1 Min,2,Min,4 Min,8 Min,12 Min,20 Min,30 Min,40 Min,1 Hour.
Suspend Mode
After the selected period of system inactivity, all devices except the CPU shut off.
The choice: Disabled,1 Min,2,Min,4 Min,8 Min,12 Min,20 Min,30 Min,40 Min,1 Hour.

This selection will cause the system to turn off the vertical
and horizontal synchronization ports and write blanks to the
video buffer.
This option only writes blanks to the video buffer.
Select this option if your monitor supports the Display
Power Management Signaling (DPMS) standard of the
Video Electronics Standards.
