UNLOADING FROM A VEHICLE AND
INSTALLATION
1. Working conditions
The machine is intended for work under the roof if the fol-
lowing conditions are fulfilled:
Air temperature: from 5°C to 40°C.
relative humidity: from 30% to 95% non-condensing
altitude above sea level: max 1000 m
dust background in woodworking plant.
2. Transport stocking
During the transport and stocking it is necessary to protect the
machine from excessive vibrations and excessive humidity.
Machine can be stocked under the roof with air temperature
from -25°C to 55°C.

CLEANING AND OILING

Disconnect the machine from the network before any maintenance
or repair. Switch the machine off and lock up the main switch!
Clean the machine regularly. Guardeons, screw bars and other
parts amenable fret. This activity should be done min. once a
month. Bearing of the electric motors and shafts a have the per-
manent grease filling and are sealed (closed). For this reason-do
not frease it. Clean the tables from resin by suitable solvent for
example by turpenline or petroleum or by other suitable solvont
according to your noods. Take care that the bells are not fouled
(dirty) with oil or grease. In case it happens, clean the bells only
with paper. Clean the machine from dust with vacuum cleaner.
This should be done min. once a week.

REPAIRS

Any defect should not arise if are you operating the machine in the
right way and making the suitable maintenance regularly.
Exchange them immediately in such a case if the machine embo-
dies increased vibrations. Check its placing, fixing, or fixing and
balance of tools.
The machine does not work:
Chech the electrical installation an connection to the network.
The output of the machine is insufficent:
To thick chip is adjusted you hane to adjust it according to the
width and hardness of the wood. The electric motor does not have
sufficient output it is necessary to call qualified electrician.
The machine vibrates:
Check whether belt cover and right belt cover are all in proper
place and all clamping handles are all fixed firmly. Chech the
whether motor roller is well balanced. Chech whether roller arm
and spring and some other parts need lubrication.
