GRASS BAG CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT

BAG CLEANING
CAUTION:
Washing with a high pressure water or steam jet will damage the bag.
•
Blocked mesh will prevent the grass from entering the bag.
To clean the bag, we recommend washing it using a water jet directed from the outside to the
inside of the bag. The bag must be completely dry before being used again. If the bag is damp, it
will become clogged very quickly.
WARNING :
Objects struck by the blade may be thrown through a torn or damaged grass bag. Objects
thrown out by the blade can cause serious injuries. Always replace a torn or damaged
grass bag.
BAG REPLACEMENT
The grass bag tends to wear even in normal conditions of use. Regularly check that it is not
frayed or torn. Replace a damaged bag only by a genuine Honda replacement bag.
1. Detach the plastic edges [1] of the worn bag [4] and remove the bag's frame [2].
2. Insert the frame into the new bag and fit the plastic edges [3] to the frame.
WARNING :
Before use, check that the bag closing device is correctly locked (discharge guard).

PRÉCAUTION :
Un lavage au jet de vapeur ou à haute pression endommagera le sac.

Des mailles obstruées empêchent l'herbe de pénétrer dans le sac.
Pour nettoyer le sac, il est recommandé de le laver au jet d'eau dirigé de
l'extérieur vers l'intérieur. Il doit être bien sec avant de l'utiliser à nouveau. Si le sac est mouillé, il
se colmatera très rapidement.
Des objets frappés par la lame peuvent être projetés à travers un sac à herbe déchiré ou
abîmé. Des objets projetés peuvent provoquer de graves blessures. Remplacez un sac à
herbe déchiré ou abîmé.
CHANGEMENT DU SAC
Même dans des conditions normales d'utilisation, le sac de ramassage a tendance à s'user. Il
convient donc de vérifier régulièrement s'il n'est pas effiloché ou déchiré. Ne remplacer un sac
détérioré que par un sac de rechange Honda.
1. Détacher les bords en plastique [1] du sac [4] usé et le retirer du cadre [2] du sac.
2. Insérer le cadre dans le nouveau sac et fixer les bords en plastique [3] sur le cadre.
S'assurer, avant utilisation, que le dispositif de fermeture du sac est bien bloqué
(protecteur de décharge).
