Valves Check valve clearance, adjust if necessary (cold)*
Spark plugs Check condition, if necessary clean or replace
Replace
Air fi lter Clean fi lter and housing.*
Replace paper fi lter*
Carburetor Check idle speed position and cold startfacility, adjust if
necessary*
Adjust throttle cable play
Fuel fi lter Clean
Fuel hoses Check, replace if necessary (replace every 4 years)
Engine oil Change (at operating temperature)
Exhaust system Check for leaks and repair if necessary*
Brakes Function and brake fl uid level, Check system for leaks,
correct if necessary. Adjust rear wheel brake *
Check, if necessary replace brake pads*
Brake fl uid Change*
Brake hoses Check and renew* (min. every 4 years)*
Clutch Check, adjust if necessary
