Attaching The Side Cover - Oki C5500 Maintenance Manual

On the C5500/C5800
1) Before taking the memory out of the bag, place the bag in contact with a metal part to
eliminate its static electricity.
2) Insert the memory into the idle slot.
3) Ensure that it is securely fastened by the right and left lock levers.
Note! • Do not touch the electronic parts and connector pins.
• Pay attention to the orientation of the memory. The terminal part of the memory has a
notch, which is designed to engage with the connector of the slot.
• Be aware that the installed position of the memory is different from that on the C6100.

Attaching the side cover

1) Mount the side cover.
2) Fasten it with the screw (1).
3) Close the top cover and front cover.
