Warranty
A warranty comes with the purchase of the handset.
• Check the name of the shop and the date of purchase.
• Read contents fully and keep in a safe place.

parties, arising from missed calls due to handset malfunctions.
Repair
See Troubleshooting before contacting us for repair.
If you still have any problems, contact Customer Service (zp.19-43) in
your subscription area or your nearest SoftBank Shop.
Please provide a detailed description of the problem.
• During the warranty period, repairs are performed under the terms and
conditions of the warranty.
• After the warranty period expires, repairs are performed if possible on
request at your expense.
