Note
• If PIN1 is incorrectly entered three times consecutively, the current
PIN1 becomes invalid.

■ Canceling PIN Lock

If PIN1 or PIN2 is entered incorrectly three times consecutively, the
current PIN1 or PIN2 becomes invalid. This is called PIN lock. To cancel
PIN lock, enter a PUK code.
To obtain PUK1 or PUK2 code to cancel PIN1 or PIN2 lock, contact
Customer Service (zp.19-43). Then use the following procedures to
cancel PIN lock:
(Settings) → Security →
A Enter PUK1 or PUK2 code on the PUK code entry
window
B Enter a new PIN1 or PIN2 code
C Enter the new PIN1 or PIN2 code again
D Press M (OK) or #
The following procedures are also available for canceling PIN2 lock:
A Press c and select
Set Sec. Codes
B Enter Security Code
C Press M (OK)
D Select Unblock PIN2
E Enter PUK2 code on the PUK2 code entry window
F Enter a new PIN2
G Enter the new PIN2 again
H Press M (OK) or #
