Problem
The speakers produce a pop sound
whenever the power is turned ON or OFF.
No sound when the keyboard is played.
When using a mobile phone, noise is
produced.
Certain Note sound at wrong pitch.
After connecting with a computer, the
instrument cannot be recognized.

Possible Cause and Solution
This is normal and is no cause for alarm.
1. Make sure the master volume is set to an appropriate level.
2. Check if headphones are plugged into Jack 2.
Using a mobile phone in close proximity to the instrument may produce
interference. To prevent this, turn off the mobile phone or use it further away
from the instrument.
Make sure that the tuning value is set to 0. Press and hold the [+/YES] and [-/NO]
buttons and turn on the power, the instrument will restore factory setting.
Please check if the USB cable is being connected firmly, or try connecting another
USB port on the computer, without the need to install another driver on the PC.
