Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check that
the hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas bottle.
For Flare-up control please refer to the 'OPERATION' section of this manual.
THIS BBQ MUST NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED WHEN LIT AND IN USE.

  • Page 6 Unscrew the Locknut (D8x2pcs) from both ends of the Axle (C18). Insert the axle through the corresponding holes in the left legs, then slide one Wheel (C17) over each end of the axle. Secure the wheels into place with the locknuts. Carefully turn the assembled cabinet right side up.
  • Page 7 Rear View Attach the Upper Support (C15) between the front legs using M6x15 Bolts (D6x4pcs). Attach the Magnets (C16) onto the Upper support and Bottom panel using M4x10 Bolts (D4x4pcs) and M4 Nuts (D3x4pcs). Attach the Cylinder Pad (C10) to the left side panel using a M6x15 Bolt (D6) and a M6 Nut (D7).
  • Page 8 Fit the Left door (C13) and Right door (C14) to the cabinet by depressing the spring pins and placing into the cabinet, as shown. Rear Side Front Side Rear View Attach Drip tray left bracket (B10) to the right legs using ST4.0x10 Screws (D2x2pcs) as shown. Repeat above process for Drip tray right bracket (B11).
  • Page 9 Press the knobs(B6)onto valve stems as shown. Body Body supports supports Carefully place the Barbecue Body (B1) onto the body supports and fix using M6x15 Bolts (D6x4pcs) as shown. WARNING: DO NOT RELEASE THE BARBECUE BODY WHILE THE BARBECUE HAS NOT BEEN PROPERLY SEATED.
  • Page 10 Note: 6 burner users skip this step and proceed directly to step 12. Remove Side Burner Grid (C5) from the Side burner shelf. Attach Side Burner Shelf Panel (C2) onto the Side Burner Shelf (C1) using M6x15 Bolts (D6x2pcs) and M6 Nuts (D7x2pcs).
  • Page 11 Attach the side valve to the side burner shelf using M4x10 Bolts (D4x2pcs). Press the Side Burner Knob (C6) onto the side burner valve stem. Attach the side shelf assembly to the barbecue body using ST4.0x10 Screws (D1x1pcs) and M6x15 Bolts (D6x4pcs) as shown.
  • Page 12 Insert the Cylinder Hook (B13) into the hole provided in the left side of the barbecue body. Attach the Drip Deflector (C9) under the side burner shelf using a M4x10 Bolt (D4) as shown.
  • Page 13 Insert the Drip Tray (B12) by sliding it underneath the barbecue body. Carefully lay the Flame tamers (B7) into the barbecue body ensuring it lies level within the body. Lay the Grill (B8) and Plate (B9) into place. NOTE: Ensure that the flame tamers lie directly underneath grill in the left of barbecue body. NOTE: The Manta 6 burner BBQ is supplied with 3pcs flame tamer.
  • Page 14 Place Side Burner Grid (C5) into the Side burner shelf. Note: Only use cookware with a base diameter of 150-220mm on the side burner. Attach the Warming Rack (A4) onto the Barbecue Body (B1) as shown.
