OPERATING PROCEDURES

SERIAL NUMBER LOCATION

Three serial number and manufacture date code labels are on the vehicle. One of the labels is found on the steering
column, the second label is found on the frame member under the front splash shield on the driver side and the third is
found on the passenger side frame rail at the rear of the vehicle.
Design changes occur on a continuous basis. To get the correct components for the vehicle, the PIN number, manufac-
ture date code, serial number or vehicle model, must be supplied.

VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (VIN)

VIN
The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is located on the far left side of the
header. It may be necessary to provide the VIN when service or parts
are needed for the vehicle. Do not remove the VIN from the vehicle.
