Adjustment When Replacing A Part

Adjustment becomes necessary when replacing one of the following parts.
Part Replaced
LED Head
Image Drum Cartridge
Fuser Unit
EEPROM
4.2.1

Setting of LED head drive time

Note: When the luminous intensity marking of the replaced LED head (new part) is the same
as that of the used LED head (old part), do not set the LED head drive time.
• Luminous intensity marking label
(1) Normal Type LED HEAD
Adjustment
Adjustment
Set the LED head drive time. (Refer to Chapter 4.2.1)
Reset the image drum counter. (Refer to User's manual)
Reset the fuser counter. (Refer to Chapter 4.2.2)
Set the LED head drive time. (Refer to Chapter 4.2.1)
