Default
Meaning of Default
N
There will be no delay before the
Bug begins its search for a work
page.
FFFFCE0F Default address is $FFFFCE0F.
This is the MVME166 GCSR
GPCSR0 as accessed through
VMEbus A16 space and assumes
the MVME166 GRPAD (group
address) and BDAD (board
address within group) switches
are set to "on". This byte-wide
value is initialized to $FF by
MVME166 hardware after a
System or Power-on Reset. In a
multi-166 environment, where
the work pages of several Bugs
are to reside in the memory of
the primary (first) MVME166,
the non-primary CPUs will wait
for the data at the Memory
Search Delay Address to be set
to $00, $01, or $02 (refer to the
Memory Requirements section in
Chapter 3 for the definition of
these values) before attempting
to locate their work page in the
memory of the primary CPU.
Y
Memory will be sized for Self
Test diagnostics.
00000000
Default Starting Address is $0.
02000000
Default Ending Address is the
calculated size of local
memory.
00000000
Beginning address of Local
Memory. It must be a multiple
of the Local Memory board size,
starting with 0. The Bug will set
up hardware address decoders
so that Local Memory resides as
one contiguous block at this
address. Default is $0.
