7.8.1 HP fuel line – Pressure pipe neck replacement
Preconditions
☑Engine is stopped and starting disabled.

Torque wrench, 20-100 Nm
Open end socket wrench
Crowfoot box wrench
Crowfoot box wrench
Double-head box wrench
Ratchet adapter
Grease (Kluthe Hakuform 30-10/emulsifier)
Engine oil
Pressure pipe neck
WARNING
Fuels are combustible.

• Avoid open flames, electrical sparks and ignition sources.
• Do not smoke.

• Do not direct compressed-air jet at persons.
• Wear protective goggles / safety mask and ear protectors.
Preparatory steps
1. Remove cylinder head cover (→ Page 192) .
2. Drain fuel (→ Page 204) .
