CN15 is reserved for watch dog programming purpose. The pin definita-

2.27 PCI slot expension (PCI1 or PCI2)

The location of PCI1 follow EmbeddedATX specification. And the loca-
tion of PCI2 follow MicroATX 2nd PCI slot location. These two PCI slots
can not function at the same time. It can have a riser card to expand the 2
PCI slots.
