6.4.4 Footer

Overview of the Footer function
Footer prints on the paper the date, time, reception control number and page NO. of the
received document.
By printing an Activity Report using the session number you can identify where the
document came from, when it came in, and how many pages it was. The footer appears at
the bottom of each page in a document. Meaning of each item:
1.Date of Reception
2.Time of Reception
3.The fax number of the transmitter
4.Session number
5.Page number

The footer is printed on the area 4mm from the trailing edge of the paper.
Any data on this area of the document is been covered.
How to set up the Footer
1. Press the Utility key 5 times.
The display changes to the "RX
OPERATION".
2. Press '8' of the Numeric keys.
The display now changes to the Footer
mode.
