Jumper and Switch Settings
When running SIGNAL*MATH, you may have to change some of the 1200's on-board jumpen from their
factory-set positions. Before using SIGNAL*MATH on the 1200 board, check the following switch and jumpers:
. Sl * Base address
cll *8254 timerlcounter I/O configuration
. P8 - Interrupts
The board layout is shown in Figure D-1.

51- Base Address
SIGNAL*MATH assumes that fte base address of your 1200 is the factory setring of 300 hex (768 decimal). If
you change this setting, you must run the ADAINST program and reset the base address.
NOTE: When using the ADAINST program, you can enter the base address in decimal or hexadecimal
notation. When entering a hex value, you must precede the number by a dollar sign (for example, $300).
