FAQs

The issues 1-21 might be caused by the reasons listed below each issue.
1. The GVR3550/GVR3552 is unable to start properly after normal startup
Unmatched input power
The power cables is not connected properly
Damaged power supply
System upgrade errors
Damaged HDD or HDD cables
Front panel error
Damaged mainboard
2. GVR3550/GVR3552 reboots automatically or crashes frequently in a few minutes after
startup.
Unstable input power or low voltage
No enough power
HDD power line connection error
Bad HDD tracks or damaged HDD line
Unstable IPC video signal
Poor heat dissipation, too much dust, poor running environment.
Hardware failure
3. Cannot detect HDD after startup, it might be caused by the following reasons.
HDD power line is not connected
Damaged HDD cable
Damaged HDD
Damaged SATA port on mainboard
4. No video output
Unmatched programs, please update system.
Image brightness is 0, please restore the default settings.

5. Unable to search video when local playback
