Saving a file

Press key while holding down
key.

Select "Store", and press
key.
The "Store" menu will be displayed.
•
key does not work if there is a blinking character on the display.
• Entering the numbers can also select the file (in Step 3).
• Press

• If there is no available space to save the data an error message reading "Memory Full!'
will be displayed. Please delete unneeded files in this case.
• This machine can save a total character count of approximately 5,000 characters (up to
99 files). However, saving a lot of symbols will reduce the number of files that can be
saved.
• Text files created using Telecom/Electrical Labels cannot be saved.
