Printing sequence numbers
To create multiple labels with same texts and different numbers or characters, use the
...CONTINUED
"Sequence" feature described below. The device automatically increases the numbers
or characters every time it prints a label.
For this example we are going to create and print sequenced labels one at a time.
To print sequence numbers set the initial value and the number of repetitions (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10
times). The number of repetitions sets the number of times the same number will be used.
Use ½", 212, 12 mm tape.
: Creating 2 labels each numbered 4, 5, 6...
Ex.
On Line 1 type "File" and press Space.
Now press the Sequence key.
At Start enter 1, Return.
At Repetition, 1 time is the default. For this example, Return.
The screen shows Sequence 2Figure. The default is On. Return.
(You would choose Off if you were sequencing 1-9 or A-Z.)

Press Print.
Label is printed.
Now review your screen. It will show Advance to File 2.

The "Start" screen will be displayed.
Continue as needed.

Input "4" and press
There are many additional options and choices to enhance your label presentation.
When creating your label you can add a pictograph or symbol (graphic illustrations
on pages 121-124) to help communicate information. Before sequencing, you can
add or change features such as borders, size of letters and/or numbers (small to
wide), font type, etc. ... Just press Edit to review your choice selection. Use Preview
to review before printing.
