    5. Configuration Run DiViS DVR Setting. • Disk tool: Creates a DiViS DB file system. DiViS will create its own file system to store large amount of DVR data safely in its own dedicated disk space. Note: No database changes can be made while DiViS DVR Main Program is operating.

    HDD list, click “Create Volume” to finalize the allocation process. What is a Volume? Volume is the unit used by the DiViS DB system. 1 volume is equivalent to 64MB of physical HD space. All image data is recorded in volume units. When assigned Volumes are full, the program will continue recording by overwriting volumes that contain the oldest previously recorded data.
