At the end of the cooking duration an audible tone will sound
and "Steam reduction" and "Process finished" will appear in
the display. The door will open slightly during steam
reduction.
Wait until "Steam reduction" goes out in the display before
opening the door and removing the food.
^ Switch off the appliance.
The fan will continue to run for a while after the appliance has
been switched off.
Danger of burning.
You could burn yourself on the oven interior, spilled food,
accessories and hot steam.
Use oven gloves when removing hot food from the
appliance.
^ Remove the condensate tray and empty it.
^ Remove and empty the water container.
^ After each use, clean and dry the whole appliance as
described in "Cleaning and care".
Leave the appliance door open until the oven interior is
completely dry.
