^ Loosen the lid and place the jar of honey in a perforated
cooking container or on the rack.
^ Stir the honey once during the cooking duration.
Automatic programmes > Special > Decrystallise honey
or
Steam cooking
Temperature: 60 °C
Duration: 90 minutes (irrespective of jar size or amount of
honey in the jar)
^ Mix 6 eggs with 375 ml milk (do not beat until foamy).
^ Season the egg and milk mixture and pour into a greased
solid cooking container with a little butter.
Steam cooking
Temperature: 100 °C
Duration: 4 minutes
