As-required maintenance work
1. Shutting down the heating system
2. Remove and clean the hot gas baffles
3. Clean the hot gas flues (heating surfaces)
4. Clean the combustion chamber
5. Clean the flue gas header
6. Insert the hot gas baffles
7. Check gaskets/packing cords on the burner and burner
door and replace if required
8. Start up the heating system
9. Record the final checks of the maintenance work, incl.
measurements and test results
10. Check functioning and safety in operation
