Possible cause
The grind is not fine enough.

Troubleshooting
Use a finer grind.

Approx. 7 g of coffee for each cup.
Clean the brew group.
Increase the grind setting.
Tamp the ground coffee only
slightly.
Increase the brewing pressure.
Use approx. 7 g of coffee for every
cup.
Refill the water tank.
Reduce the grind setting.
Use fresh coffee.
Use approx. 7 g of coffee for each
cup, about ¼ ounce.
Clean the shower screen.
Use another coffee bean.
Adjust the coffee grinder (when
changing the coffee beans, changing
the grind may also be necessary).
Refill the water tank with water.
Refill the boiler after steam
dispension.
Fix the water tank properly.
Switch off the steam switch.
Refill the water tank and release
water from of the brew group.
