Installing Drives
Cable Connections
Refer to Figure 8.5 for the following steps.
o
Install one of the four connectors coming from the power supply
into the 4-pin plug on the left side of the Winchester drive.
o
Position the ribbon cable assembly connected to the floppy drive
as shown, with the colored stripe toward the power supply and install
the connector on the disk drive circuit board of the new drive.
o
Reconnect the cables to the floppy disk drive if present.
