Installing Options
Connecting the Monitor
Unpack your color or monochrome monitor and place it where you nor­
mally will use it, making sure you have access to all of the controls and
connectors. If you are using a Zenith Data Systems monochrome monitor
with your new computer, you will find the cable packed with your com­
puter.
For RGB monitors -
Connect one end of the cable to the RGB DB-9
connector on the back of the computer. Connect the other end to the
appropriate connector on the monitor (refer to your monitor's documenta­
tion for the location).
For monochrome monitors -
Connect one end of the cable to the
composite monochrome video out connector on the back of the computer.
Connect the other end to the appropriate connector on the monitor (refer
to your monitor's documentation for the location).
