1. Remove the following components/assemblies referring to the listed service manual
sections:

Rewind Starter
Flywheel and Ignition/Electrical Components
Throttle/Shift Mechanism
Carburetor
2. Disconnect tell-tale hose from bottom cowl.

3. Remove 4 bolts.
