TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Display remains blank
after the test strip has
Communication error.
Strip removed during
measurement.
Your meter is not synced to
the app on your iOS device
yet.
The remaining test strip in the
vial is "0".
The test strip has expired.
Charging does not allow
measurement.
Possible Causes
1. Battery power is too low for
use.
Touch START to re-test.
Start again using a new test strip.
Follow the instructions above in the
'FIRST TIME SETUP
INSTRUCTIONS" to sync your
meter.
Scan a new vial of test strips.
Use a new test strip.
Unplug the charging cable.
1. Charge the battery.
