THROTTLE INPUT DEVICE IDENTIFICATION

To service and adjust the pedal group properly, the accelerator type must be identified before work begins. All
gasoline DS golf cars use the same type of pedal group; however, electric DS golf cars utilize one of two dif-
ferent accelerator systems: Motor Controller Output Regulator (MCOR) (Figure 5-1, Page 5-1) or a V-Glide
wiper switch (36-volt) (Figure 5-2, Page 5-1). Service and adjustment procedures differ significantly, so it is
important to make sure that the correct procedure is used.
