Two hexagon wrenches are included with the printer. For parallel adjustment of the media
feeding unit, use the large hexagon wrench.
Parallel adjustment of the media feeding unit
1. Open the front cover and raise the media loading lever.
2. Face the rear side of the printer and loosen the 4 screws using the hexagon wrench.
