b. Select an OFF radio button to turn off the radio when the mobile computer suspends,
regardless of the radio power state prior to the mobile computer suspend. For example,
if the radio is on and the user presses the Power key to suspend the mobile computer,
the radio turns off. When the mobile computer resumes, the radio turns on.
3. Tap ok to exit settings.

Services

Depending on the type of subscribed phone services, the following services may be available: call
barring, caller ID, call forwarding, call waiting, voice mail and Short Message Service (SMS).

Call Barring (Call Blocking)

Call barring blocks certain types of incoming and/or outgoing calls. This service is setup when an
account is opened with the service provider.

Caller ID

Caller ID provides a way for people to know the identity of the person making an outgoing call. To
disable caller ID and block the outgoing phone number:
1. Enter *67 on the phone keypad.
2. Enter the phone number to call.
*67, followed by the phone number, must be entered on a call-by-call basis
to block the outgoing phone number.

Call Forwarding

Use call forwarding to forward incoming calls to a different phone number. To enable call forwarding
and send calls to another phone number:
1. Enter *72 (Sprint service) or *73 (Verizon service) on the phone keypad.
2. Enter the area code and phone number of the phone to accept the forwarded calls.
3. Tap Talk.
4. A beep sounds indicating activation.
5. Tap End.
